{"id":2946,"date":"2021-08-18T18:14:47","date_gmt":"2021-08-18T18:14:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/innovamas.nakasawaresources.com\/uso-de-nitrogeno-en-operaciones-upstream-y-en-procesos-de-recobro-mejorado-como-aislante-termico-en-pozos-inyectores-de-vapor-2\/"},"modified":"2021-08-18T18:14:47","modified_gmt":"2021-08-18T18:14:47","slug":"uso-de-nitrogeno-en-operaciones-upstream-y-en-procesos-de-recobro-mejorado-como-aislante-termico-en-pozos-inyectores-de-vapor-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/innovamas.nakasawaresources.com\/en\/uso-de-nitrogeno-en-operaciones-upstream-y-en-procesos-de-recobro-mejorado-como-aislante-termico-en-pozos-inyectores-de-vapor-2\/","title":{"rendered":"El Uso De Nitr\u00f3geno En Operaciones Petroleras Y Como Aislante T\u00e9rmico"},"content":{"rendered":"[vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221; full_screen_row_position=&#8221;middle&#8221; column_margin=&#8221;default&#8221; column_direction=&#8221;default&#8221; column_direction_tablet=&#8221;default&#8221; column_direction_phone=&#8221;default&#8221; scene_position=&#8221;center&#8221; text_color=&#8221;dark&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; row_border_radius=&#8221;none&#8221; row_border_radius_applies=&#8221;bg&#8221; overlay_strength=&#8221;0.3&#8243; gradient_direction=&#8221;left_to_right&#8221; shape_divider_position=&#8221;bottom&#8221; bg_image_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][vc_column column_padding=&#8221;no-extra-padding&#8221; column_padding_tablet=&#8221;inherit&#8221; column_padding_phone=&#8221;inherit&#8221; column_padding_position=&#8221;all&#8221; background_color_opacity=&#8221;1&#8243; background_hover_color_opacity=&#8221;1&#8243; column_shadow=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_radius=&#8221;none&#8221; column_link_target=&#8221;_self&#8221; gradient_direction=&#8221;left_to_right&#8221; overlay_strength=&#8221;0.3&#8243; width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243; tablet_width_inherit=&#8221;default&#8221; tablet_text_alignment=&#8221;default&#8221; phone_text_alignment=&#8221;default&#8221; column_border_width=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221; bg_image_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>El uso de nitr\u00f3geno<\/strong> en las operaciones petroleras, esta presente en: perforaci\u00f3n, producci\u00f3n, reparaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de pozos, almacenamiento y distribuci\u00f3n de hidrocarburos, etc. y con el avance de la tecnolog\u00eda se han dise\u00f1ado equipos inyectores que han dado flexibilidad y versatilidad en las operaciones y tambi\u00e9n en procesos de recobro mejorado como aislante t\u00e9rmico en pozos inyectores de vapor.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando utilizamos aislantes t\u00e9rmicos en los pozos de inyecci\u00f3n de fluidos calientes (vapor \/ l\u00edquido) en los procesos de recobro mejorado por eso es importante el nitrogeno en las operaciones petroleras, <strong>el uso de aislantes t\u00e9rmicos persigue dos objetivos fundamentales:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducir las p\u00e9rdidas de calor para inyectar la mayor cantidad de energ\u00eda posible a la formaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Reducir los esfuerzos de origen t\u00e9rmico que se generan en el revestidor para evitar su colapso y bombeando a trav\u00e9s del espacio anular entre el revestidor y la tuber\u00eda de inyecci\u00f3n para evitar la p\u00e9rdida de calor desde la superficie hasta el yacimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la desventaja de no utilizar aislante t\u00e9rmico o empacadura de fondo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aunque es el procedimiento m\u00e1s sencillo y econ\u00f3mico, la temperatura de la tuber\u00eda de revestimiento est\u00e1 muy cerca de la temperatura de saturaci\u00f3n del vapor, y m\u00e1s del 90% del espacio anular entre la tuber\u00eda de inyecci\u00f3n y el revestimiento estar\u00e1 en contacto con el vapor de agua.<\/p>\n<p>En otras palabras, <strong>las p\u00e9rdidas de calor son elevadas y las tensiones t\u00e9rmicas generadas en la tuber\u00eda de revestimiento son peligrosamente altas,<\/strong> lo que casi seguramente conducir\u00e1 a un colapso del pozo si la tuber\u00eda de revestimiento no est\u00e1 bien cementada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el procedimiento para realizar una completaci\u00f3n CON Empacadura t\u00e9rmica y junta de expansi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se coloca en el fondo del pozo una empacadura con un elast\u00f3mero de alta resistencia t\u00e9rmica (EPDM) y una junta que permita la expansi\u00f3n de la tuber\u00eda de inyecci\u00f3n por efecto del calentamiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Con esta configuraci\u00f3n evitamos el reflujo de vapor<\/strong> en el anular, sin embargo, el agua que queda presente durante la conversi\u00f3n de productor a inyector tiende a evaporarse debido a que est\u00e1 en contacto con la empacadura, la cual se encuentra a alta temperatura, e igualmente puede llegarse a filtrar vapor si la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n es muy elevada. Para prevenir el reflujo de vapor se bombea Nitr\u00f3geno a alta presi\u00f3n hasta cubrir todo el espacio anular; esta presi\u00f3n debe mantenerse estable durante todo el proceso de inyecci\u00f3n de vapor para garantizar el aislamiento t\u00e9rmico requerido. La sarta de inyecci\u00f3n puede ser tuber\u00eda convencional de grado N-80, la cual soporta mayores esfuerzos de compresi\u00f3n y tensi\u00f3n.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner
